Leverage is a certified SB/DVBE Small Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (CA) and SDVOSB Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (Federal) created by Katie Murray, President of the company. Our mission is to help the government achieve procurement goals by partnering with other suppliers and service providers to help their bids qualify for these certifications.
California law requires state agencies to make efforts to achieve a goal of 3% participation for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) and 25% for small businesses (SB), while many Federal contracts establish set-asides for SDVOSBs.
